Open House Set for May 23, 2013: Everyone’s welcome

May 16, 2013

Learn more about our proposed mixed-use community — a new place under design for 308 acres owned by Four A International along Iris Drive. Join us for an open house between 4 and 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 23, 2013 at the Corner Market Meeting Hall in Building D, at the fountain. Corner Market is located at 1785 Parker Road, at the corner of Flat Shoals and Parker Roads.

Offering a variety of options for living, working, playing, dining and shopping — all within easy walking or biking distance of each other — the new community aims to create new choices in Conyers. Designed to support healthy lifestyles for people of all ages, neighborhood amenities will serve not only residents of the new community but will become assets for all of Rockdale County –and a draw for the region.

Please stop by to ask questions and hear from those involved in planning this proposed community. And sign up for email updates regarding the property here.

We in Conyer already have a work, play, eat shopping that is NOT doing well……so why put another place like this in Rockdale?

it seems like it will be much better than what conyers have to offer. it may be a GREAT update for the Conyers area.

This is JUST what Conyers needs to move out of the past and catch up with the times!! Move forward Conyers!!! I personally cant wait to see this venture take shape!

We're long-time land owners here in Conyers and are looking to develop our property, just south of I-20, along Iris Drive and Johnson Road.

We've waited a long time to take this step because we believe the special nature of our property -- and of Conyers itself -- calls for something more than just everyday development. Something that, instead, celebrates the land's natural features and maximizes our opportunities to provide new, market-responsive choices for Conyers.

Our approach is simple: What's good for Conyers is good for us. We thrive together.

Can we create a new place where young professionals, growing families and downsizing empty-nesters can all find a place to call home? A true community in every sense of the word?

We're convinced we can. And we believe that including you in the process is how we're going to get there.

Welcome. Have a look around and check back often for ongoing updates as we move our way from design through to implementation.
